Hi @DocHillary , I started a (mostly) Carnivore/animal based diet about 4-5 weeks ago.
Is there anything that I should be supplementing with or watching for?
So far I feel great! I have lost some weight, but have more to go. Very minimal cramping in the legs so far, (this was my biggest concern).
I am using the Vitamin D, Krill, and Probiotics from StHealthy. I also have the E-Charge that I will be using some as needed.
